需求：整理列出投票須知，以利查閱
概念：透過活潑的設計提升年輕民眾對投票的意願
——
台灣民眾多數對顏色象徵敏感，因此設計採用黑白灰作為基調，配合向量插圖讓視覺有份量的同時維持可愛輕鬆的風格，改變年輕選民對政治生硬、嚴肅的印象。
Request：Showing voting instructions in a clear list for easier access.
Concept：Use lively design to boost young voters’ engagement.

Since many Taiwanese are sensitive to color symbolism, the design uses a mono tone. Vector illustrations add weight while keeping a cute, approachable style, softening young voters’ perception of politics.
